The partnership between KBS Independent Film Theater and the Seoul International Children's Film Festival continues this year in support of Korean independent cinema and its diverse storytelling. This year's program presents three award-winning films from the 13th Seoul International Children's Film Festival: ​, winner of the Grand Prize in the International Short Competition; , recipient of the Jury Prize; and , winner of the Best Actor Award. Viewed through the eyes of children and adolescents, these films explore a world that is at once complex, contradictory, and at times deeply irrational. We hope this selection of last year's award winners offers audiences another opportunity to discover the unique charm and artistic richness of children's and youth cinema celebrated at the Seoul International Children's Film Festival.​
