Theater Regulation
- For online reservations, you can enter the theater right away with a mobile ticket without issuing a ticket
- Admission is allowed 10 minutes before the film screening.
- Admission and ticket issuance may be restricted based on the film's viewing rating.
- All screenings are due to start on time.
- Please refrain from moving during the movie screening.
- Photography and video recording are prohibited during the screening.
- For paid movie tickets, cancellations for online bookings can be made up to 20 minutes before the movie starts. On-site cancellations are available up until just before the movie begins.
- Other policies regarding paid movie tickets follow the guidelines of Lotte Cinema.
- All viewers aged 24 months and older must have an individual ticket for entry.
- Free screening tickets are non-refundable.
